MISSING/LOST/STOLEN ORDERS

In case of missing orders, kindly contact Royal Mail for assistance, they will help you locate the package and escalate accordingly. If an order is returned to us due to an insufficient address, we can resend it upon repayment of the postage fee and providing a new reliable address.
If you have an attempted delivery and do not organised re-delivery or collection of the item, the delivery service may return the Item back to us. If this happens, we will refund and cancel the order. Please check tracking info provided to ensure this does not happen.
